How it works

Use the annual components shown in the offer, with each component entered once. The variable bonus is separated from the fixed amount paid over 12 months. Employer contributions and noncash benefits are parts of the entered CTC rather than amounts added to your fixed monthly cash pay.

Questions and answers

Can I use the example values for my own calculation?

The example values illustrate the calculation. Replace every input with your own information, especially dates, rates and the selected operation.

Does this calculate PF rates or my income tax?

No. Employer amounts, employee deductions and withholding are supplied by you. The tool does not apply a tax regime, PF percentage, gratuity provision or bonus eligibility rule. An offer with different component definitions must be mapped carefully.

Why are some results rounded?

Results display up to 8 decimal places. Calculations use the unrounded values; very small values use scientific notation. JavaScript floating-point arithmetic can introduce tiny rounding differences.

Are my inputs sent to a server?

The calculator processes inputs in your browser. Its code does not send your values to a server.
